BOBBI LEIBOWITZ, GRI, CRS, SRES
Bobbi has been selling real estate since 1984. From her first year as "New Associate of the Year" until now, Bobbi has continued to earn professional designations and to attend educational classes that enhance her ability to meet her clients' needs.

Bobbi was named by Prudential as Prudential's Top 100 (top 100 agents in the USA).

Bobbi is recognized among her peers as one of the leaders in sales transactions.

Bobbi has earned several real estate designations: GRI - Graduate, Realtors Institute; CRS - Certified Residential Specialist (only 3% of all Realtors nationwide have this designation); SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist; eCertified by Prudential for demonstrating superior expertise in the use of the internet for communication and eCommerce; Graduate Howard Brinton University Sales Seminar.

Among Bobbi's other achievements are: Graduate, Leadership Omaha (a program sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce to develop leadership skills in solving Omaha's problems); Distinguished Sales Person of the Year - Davenport Office 1989; New Associate of the Year for CBS 1984; Outstanding Young Women of America - Nebraska selection for 1982; Graduate, University of Maryland.

Bobbi is married to Michael and has two sons, David and Marc.

CATHY BLACKMAN, CRS, CSP

Cathy has been selling real estate since 1994 when she received the "Rookie of the Year" award from Prudential Ambassador. Cathy is married with three children: David, Jenny (married to Ryan Hamlin), and Becca (married to Tom Lipari).

She consistently ranks among the top agents in sales at Prudential. In addition, she volunteers her time within the industry and the community at large. Cathy is a past president of both the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and the Woman's Council of Realtors. She is also involved with the Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) and Easter Seals. Cathy has been awarded the K Carol Leisey Ambassador of the Year award from her peers and the management at Prudential, as well as Associate of the Year from MOBA.

Cathy is a firm believer in continuing education. She is e-certified by Prudential, and has trained in destination services and marketing in relocation. She is also coached by the Mike Ferry Organization.

DEE CANIGLIA - Buyer Partner

Dee has specialized in working with Buyers since receiving her license in 2002. Dee attended Duchesne College and Creighton University. Prior to real estate Dee was Director of Sales and Marketing for Omaha Hotels Inc. Send Dee an email.





NICKI MATTHEWS - Buyer Partner

Nicki has been selling real estate since 1994. She has experience with first-time buyers, repeat buyers, and recent transfers to the area. Her goal is to make sure her clients have fun throughout the home buying process and that they are happy with the purchase they make.

Nicki is e-certified by Prudential and takes many continuing education courses to keep expanding her knowledge and expertise in today's real estate market.

CHIP GAMERL - Buyer Partner

Chip joined the Omaha Houses Team at the beginning of 2004 as a new licensed agent.  He has helped the team in about every aspect from working with the listings as listing cordinator to helping numerous buyers through the home purchase process.  Chip is also a graduate of the Buyers Specialization University '05.  Along with working as a Buyers Agent, Chip also maintains a full time job as the branch manager of Griffin Dewatering, a construction subcontractor specializing in control of groundwater for construction purposes.  Chip is a graduate of the University of NE at Omaha `97, with a BS in Environmental Science.  He is also married to Brenda since 1999, and they have 3 boys

DAVID LEIBOWITZ - Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator/Pending Coordinator

David joined Bobbi's Team in 2005 in the newly created position of Marketing Coordinator. In 2009, David added Pending Coordinator to his job title, as well. Prior to joining the team, David spent many years working in the entertainment business. He had his own independent record label and promotion company. David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he majored in Political Science. He returned to Omaha in 2004 after living outside of the area for the last 15 years.

WENDY LEE - Listing Coordinator

Wendy joined the team as Listing Coordinator in 2010.  She previously worked as a Licensed Realtor for 8 years and then as a consultant for a school out of Denver.  She is married to Bill and they have 5 grown kids and 2 grandsons, Brandon and Joshua. Send Wendy an email.
