David joined the team in 2005 in the newly created position of Marketing Director and web master. Prior to joining the team, David spent many years working in the entertainment business. He had his own independent record label and promotion company.

David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he majored in Political Science. He returned to Omaha in 2004 after living outside of the area for the last 15 years.

Wendy joined the team as Listing Coordinator in 2011. She previously worked as a Licensed Realtor for 8 years and then as a consultant for a school out of Denver.

She is married to Bill and they have 5 grown kids and 2 grandsons, Brandon and Joshua.
